As
the popularity of mountain biking is growing, so
are the clubs, shops and trails. In and around 100
Mile House, in the Cariboo, the cross country winter
ski trails are being utilized in summer as mountain
biking trails and they include Lower Lake Ski Trails
and 99 Mile Hill Ski Trails.
In Williams Lake, the locals rave about a number
of good spots. They suggest you try the Fox Loop,
a physically moderate but technically difficult
trail.
The cross country ski trails and numerous old logging
roads in and around the Quesnel area offer some
good opportunities for biking. Be safe, have fun
when out mountain biking.
