The
historic mining community of Hedley lies in the valley of 20 Mile
Creek and was named after a man who had grubstaked many of the
prospectors in the times when Hedley prospered in the mining industry.
The rock cliffs to the west of town give visitors a chance to
view the folded rock strata, the openings of mining shafts and
mine buildings. Services available include a service station,
stores, restaurants, accommodation and private campgrounds.

Hedley is located on BC Highway 3, approximately half an hour
from Princeton.
