Location:
From the city of Prince
George travel west on Hwy. #16. Turn south (left) onto the
Blackwater Road. Continue southwest to the lake via secondary
roads off the Blackwater Road. These are the same roads leading
to Tagai Lake. Watch for signs.
Resorts
& Campsites:
2 small, treed BCFS campsites can be found at the lake. Other
small BCFS campsites can also be found at nearby Chilako River
and Tory Lake.

Fishing
Report: Barton supports fisheries of Rainbow trout,
Whitefish, and Eastern Brook trout. Be sure to visit Fishbc.com

Tory
Lake - Tory Lake, just north of Barton is a small
lake containing Rainbows in the 1 lb. range. There is a small
BCFS campsite situated at the lake.
Pelican
Lake - Pelican Lake lies south of Barton, and can
be an excellent producer of wild Rainbows despite receiving
heavy summertime use. A large, treed BCFS campsite with a gravel
boat launch is present on this very scenic lake.
