Location:
Access to the lake is located 30 km (19 miles) northwest of Port
Alberni on Highway 4 via Great Central Lake Road, the Ash River
logging mainline or the road to Thunder Mountain.

Fishing
Report: The lake provides good fly-fishing for cutthroat
and rainbow trout. Kokanee are also resident in the lake. Be sure to visit Fishbc.com

Ash,
Turnbull and McLaughlin Lakes - Ash, Turnbull and
McLaughlin Lakes are located nearby and accessed via either
Highway 4(west), Great Central Lake Road or the Ash River logging
mainline. All offer rewarding fishing for Dolly Varden, steelhead,
cutthroat and rainbow trout. April-June and September-October
are the most productive times of year for anglers to try their
luck
