Fishing
Report: Tyner is a shallow, weedy lake best suited
to fly fishing. Late June, early July is the time to be on the
lake for a great Caddisfly hatch. Other good hatches include Damselflies
and Mayflies. Tyner was stocked with 3000 Rainbow in 1995 and
provides a good fishery for Rainbows up to 3+ lbs. Tyner is susceptible
to winterkill and local information from the Kamloops Fish and
Wildlife Department is recommended. Be sure to visit Fishbc.com
for angling information!
